If had option to select zero then Would have selected that this is what they deserve either product they r selling, after sales service and way how they respond. Below is the SNAP of their reply to consumer form for the issue raised. All wrong information to them as well. This company reply is like, they are setting up camera as per their information that chair is misused in a month time where warranty of 3 years on paper. However, actually not even 3 months warranty in a scenario where they were informed at the same time when product was delivered on quality issue. All are cheap quality products of this company which are available in other companies with lesser pricing, better quality and customer service. These people don't know how to behave after sales and will stop responding to calls/email - keep chasing them after payment done. Never buy anything from them (MRC chair) - Manish is owner. All are fake reviews on Amazon, flipkart, Goole. Understand these people will only reply to high rating not the issues raised by anyone.

The owner doesn`t know how to talk. Used abusive language and was extremely rude when confroted with proof of defect & damage of chair when delivered with proof. If you value your hard earned money, do not buy from these people. There are plenty of other sellers in the market with many different options. Choice is yours if you still want to go ahead with them. Owner and his brother both are the same. Owner name: Manish.
